1 Definitions and Interpretations

The following words and terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "ckpro" or "Platform" — The online casino and sports betting platform operated under the domain ckpro.lat.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person registered on ckpro.
• "Account" — Each user's personal account used to access the platform and conduct transactions.
• "Bonus" — Any incentive funds or benefits provided by ckpro.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition specifying the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "BD Taka (৳)" — Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency of the platform.

2 Membership and Eligibility Conditions

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to use the ckpro platform. Opening an account and using the platform is strictly prohibited for minors. If a member opens an account by providing a false age, that account will be immediately cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and all bonuses will be forfeited. Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method will also be treated as a violation.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled at any time. It is the user's responsibility to notify us immediately of any changes to their information.

2.4 Account Security

Each member is responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Sharing an account with a third party is prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, our support team must be notified immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on ckpro using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly. In some cases, verification may require additional time. ckpro reserves the right to review each deposit transaction.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same payment method used to make a deposit must be used for withdrawal.

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on ckpro are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). A conversion rate may apply to transactions made in other currencies.

4 Bonus and Promotion Conditions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ckpro offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, it must be activated at the time of the first deposit.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• ckpro reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
• Not all games may be available to play with bonus funds — specific game restrictions may apply.

4.4 VIP Program

ckpro offers three VIP tiers:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

The criteria for advancing to a higher VIP tier depend on active participation on the platform. ckpro reserves the right to modify VIP terms and conditions at any time.

5 Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on ckpro are conducted fairly and transparently. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Manipulation of game results is not possible.

If a game result is affected by a technical error, ckpro reserves the right to cancel that round. ckpro will not be held liable for disconnections during a game — however, in most cases the game will complete automatically.

5.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows wagering on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Example market: placing a bet on the "Match Winner" market means backing a specific team to win — for example, choosing one team in a Bangladesh vs India match.

Announced bet results are final. A bet cannot be changed after it has been accepted, however ckpro may offer a bet cancellation option in specific circumstances.

5.3 Account Misuse Prohibited

• Using any software or automated tools in games is prohibited.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors is prohibited.
• Colluding with other members to play dishonestly is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.

6 Account Suspension and Cancellation Conditions

ckpro reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel a member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions
• Providing false information
• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse
• Suspicious transactions or money laundering concerns
• Being a minor or operating an account on behalf of a minor

7 Privacy and Data Protection

• Losses caused by a member's own violation of the terms and conditions
• Any issues arising from false information provided by a member

11 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or complaint between ckpro and a member will first be addressed through an amicable resolution. To do so:
